Description

Venice is where Los Angeles comes to create. Artists, designers, founders, musicians, and tech visionaries have made this stretch of coastline one of the most dynamic places in the world to live, where surf culture, creativity, and Silicon Beach collide. Set directly on the sand, 2311 Ocean Front Walk is a rare architectural beachfront residence by acclaimed architect Steve Ehrlich, with sweeping Pacific views from nearly every room. Completely renovated with top-of-the-line finishes, including slate stone and hardwood floors, the home delivers a sophisticated, turnkey take on the ultimate Venice lifestyle. Wake up to the sound of the waves, surf before work, bike the beach path, and spend your afternoons between Abbot Kinney, incredible restaurants, and some of the most innovative companies in Los Angeles. The energy is unlike anywhere else. Think SoHo on the Pacific, with better weather and a surfboard at the door. Walls of glass bring the ocean into the home, while the rooftop deck becomes your private front-row seat for sunset barbecues, cocktails, and endless views of the coastline. True beachfront opportunities like this rarely become available, especially in turnkey condition. Just bring your toothbrush. This is Venice. Creative, electric, effortlessly cool, and one of the most exciting lifestyles in Southern California. Jim Morrison said "The west is the best. Get here and we'll do the rest."
