PRIVATE ENTRANCE. TENANT HAVE THE OPTION TO DINE IN THE FACILITY'S DINING ROOM FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. The private room is located inside Oakland Heights Senior Living at 2361 E 29th St., Oakland. Utilities are not included in the base rent. An additional $100 per month will be charge to cover utility costs. The Lease is for one year. Owner requires renters insurance before signing the Lease. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Parking is not assigned; it is based on a first come first served and availability. $50 screening fee per adult for credit and background check.
