After successfully representing Fortune 500 companies’ real estate interests, such as Goldman Sachs and Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels, for the past 20 years, Steve decided to open the doors of The Lincoln Realty Group.

The Lincoln Realty Group is the culmination of expertise in Real Estate from Steve and Diana Lincoln, who have spent their careers providing great experiences for their real estate clients.

With a successful career spanning over 20 years, I am very grateful for the success that I have had the opportunity to earn. I truly believe that the success of any individual starts with the experiences and lessons provided by his or her family. Growing up in British Columbia, Canada I was fortunate to have had guidance by both of my parents. Teaching the importance of being honest, working hard and being passionate about what it is that you do. Those lessons are firmly imbedded in me and I believe it is the basis of my success in business and in life.

Super Agents “Competing with Real-Estate “Teams or Super Agents, who take credit for the work and accomplishments of others, in order to manipulate a “#1 Realtor” position, is NOT for me.”

This is a common practice by certain Individuals in the Real Estate Industry whereby one agent will portray to consumers, their much higher than normal sales figures are the result of their own individual efforts. In reality the success of One Agent is manipulated by the efforts of numerous TEAM Members that agree to not receive credit, or recognition in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for their participation in the sale (in most cases that agent has been the sole provider of service). By virtue of this practice one individual may boast very big sales numbers to his/her consumer prospects, making it seem that they a Super-Agents. This is a practice that I personally, and specifically do not agree with. First and foremost because it is misleading and secondarily because it would inhibit my pursuit of having a personal involvement with my clients.

I don't need to be #1 in San Diego, I just need to be Number One to you!
