Born and raised in Carlsbad, Sam Kane is committed to helping fellow San Diegans make thoughtful, informed real estate decisions in a market he has called home his entire life. After growing up in North County, Sam spent three years living in Paris, where he earned a degree in International Business and became fluent in French. That experience deepened his appreciation for preparation, perspective, and the human side of complex transactions, principles that now guide his approach to real estate.

While in France, Sam co-founded a digital marketing agency helping home improvement and construction companies connect with qualified leads. Building a business abroad strengthened his understanding of how properties are positioned, improved, and brought to market, while also reinforcing the importance of clear systems and accountability.

He returned to San Diego in 2024 to pursue residential real estate, a field that has long interested him through his study of investment and personal finance. Licensed in 2025, Sam is focused on building a deep, practical understanding of San Diego’s real estate landscape and long-term market trends so he can serve as a reliable resource to those putting down roots here.
