After seven years with Compass, Chad recently joined Lincoln Realty Group, a family-owned boutique brokerage in Carlsbad. This move allows him greater flexibility and hands-on control over each transaction—giving his clients a more customized, personal, and seamless real estate experience.
Chad has known and admired Lincoln Realty Group’s founder, Steve Lincoln, for years. Before transitioning full-time into sales, Chad managed more than $300 million in personal real estate and asset portfolios as both a property and estate manager. From 2022 to 2024, he also oversaw a global portfolio of 17 ultra-luxury homes internationally, further refining his expertise in high-end property operations and valuation.

Having sold real estate full-time since 2014, with prior experience at Coldwell Banker Luxury, Windermere Homes & Estates, and Compass, Chad brings over a decade of proven performance and trusted client relationships to every deal. His stellar reviews and repeat business reflect his commitment to communication, education, and exceptional service.

With a background in film production and marketing, Chad delivers a creative, tech-forward edge to his listings.
