Beneath it lie two large catchment basins that collect roof and surface water, channeling it safely away from the foundation through an integrated gutter and French drain system. A new outdoor spa shower and thoughtfully placed plantings provide both luxury and privacy.Inside, every surface was refinished with premium paints and colors that complement the home's original style. All appliances are new, including dual refrigerators, a 64-bottle wine cooler, washer, and dryer. The two main baths feature Toto bidets, and the primary suite includes indoor-outdoor shower access.
