The complex is beautifully landscaped and very quiet. You can hear the birds singing in the morning and throughout the day. The neighbors are friendly and it is a lovely community where you can take long walks and exercise outdoors if you like to be active. There is FREE parking on North Rim Court in the complex by the tennis courts, a few minutes walk to the townhome, or you can choose to pay for a parking permit to park anywhere in the complex and closer to the unit. Parking permits are subject to availability for a cost of $40 per month. Included: High speed internet, Netflix, Home Sonos music system. There will be a required professional exit cleaning fee, however professional housekeeping is included once per month at no additional cost to you.
