Inside, a rich interplay of polished concrete floors, CMU block walls, warm wood accents, and abundant windows allows light and shadow to move fluidly throughout the day. A full wall of retractable and foldable glass dissolves the threshold between the living, dining, and kitchen inside and the courtyard and roof deck outside - creating a true indoor/outdoor connection that transforms the main level into an open, breathable gathering place for celebration and relaxation. Ascending to the upper level, the primary suite reveals itself as a private oasis. Thoughtful window placement captures sweeping views from nearly every angle, allowing the entire suite to feel simultaneously expansive and cocooning. A generous walk-in closet doubles as an intimate retreat, fitted with a built-in daybed perfect for reading, recharging, or drifting into an afternoon nap. Anchoring the spa-like bathroom is a truly unique and stunning walk-in shower made with Accoya wood, creating a natural outdoor feel. The warm wood continues fluidly underfoot and extends outward onto the private balcony where a large soaking bath is positioned perfectly to soak up the views. Descending to the lower level, the home's design ingenuity expresses itself in one of its most distinctive architectural gestures: a custom engineered hatch that transforms with a single motion. When raised, it becomes a refined pony wall. When lowered, it seals the level entirely, allowing this floor to function as a private guest suite with its own sense of refuge and independence.
