Tenants pay for electric/ gas usage, a security deposit and one cleaning fee per month. Water, sewage, trash, cable & wifi are covered by the owner. Condo is available for the month of June at $8,500, and again, by the month from October through December, with price depending on the length of stay, $7,200- $8,250. Dogs are welcome with the permission of the owner.
