Description

Set on the land side of the Point Dume bluffs, 7006 Birdview Avenue presents a rare opportunity to complete an exceptional estate in one of Malibu's most coveted coastal neighborhoods. Positioned to capture sweeping Pacific Ocean, coastline, and sunset views, the property combines an irreplaceable location with a vision from one of Malibu's fines architects. Originally designed by Carl Volante, the plans envision an approximately 5,072-square-foot, three-story main residence complemented by an approximately 468-square-foot detached guest house, pool, and thoughtfully designed outdoor living areas. The architecture takes full advantage of the site's elevated setting, with intimate settings and indoor-outdoor spaces oriented toward the ocean and dramatic western skies. Whether in pursuit of a distinctive personal residence or a development investment, 7006 Birdview offers the opportunity to create a significant Malibu estate while benefiting from existing improvements, advanced planning, and one of Southern California's most desirable coastal addresses.
