Own one-eighth of this professionally managed, turnkey home. Sunset Bay rises four stories on Bayside Walk in Mission Beach, with bay views from the main living level and the sand just steps from the front door. The contemporary exterior has clean lines and multiple balconies stacked toward the water, with polished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that keep Mission Bay front and center throughout the main level. The great room has a sleek fireplace, a built-in bar and a media wall, with a window wall opening to the enclosed patio and bay beyond. The kitchen has walnut cabinets, quartzite countertops, Bosch appliances and a peninsula with breakfast bar seating. A floating walnut staircase connects all four levels. The primary suite has limestone floors, a floating marble vanity and an automated privacy shade in the en suite bath. A second primary suite on the upper level has basket weave marble floors and a soaking tub. The rooftop deck is Sunset Bay's highest point, with a gas fire pit and panoramic views stretching from Mission Bay to the Pacific. The enclosed patio below has a BBQ grill and direct bay access.
