Description

Perched upon 5-acres with unobstructed views in every direction, this 576 sqft mid-century cabin is a blank canvas and primed to go. The interior is already stripped down to the studs and ready for your vision. Bring your contractor or use your own two hands… the hard demo is already done. An active water meter and available power mean you're building forward, not fighting for basics. A storage shed is already on-site for tools and materials while you build out your desert escape. This deal gets even better — This sale includes an adjacent parcel, bringing your total footprint to a full 5-acres plus 2.5 more — 7.5-acres of desert solitude, all yours. That second parcel carries a piece of history too: the existing foundation of a homestead cabin that once stood there, offering a possible second build site awaiting its next chapter! As a bonus, the land fronting Pluto to the east is government-owned. Translation: no future neighbors, no blocked sightlines, just permanent, unspoiled forever-vistas. This is the kind of listing that doesn't come around often — a true fixer with real bones, real acreage, a second foundation ready to build on, and real forever views. Whether you're dreaming of that Joshua Tree retreat, a creative studio in an area with ubiquitous inspiration, or a smart long-term investment, 65055 Pluto St is perfect for the buyer who sees what's possible. 7.5-acres. Two sites. One legacy in the making. Come build something out of this world!
