Description

Offered to the market for the first time, this legacy Felton property presents a rare opportunity in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Set on approximately 1.06 acres of remarkably flat, usable land, the property combines space, privacy, character, and versatility in a setting that is increasingly hard to find. At the heart of the property is a classic log cabin offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1,253 square feet of living space. Full of rustic charm, the home offers a rare opportunity for a new owner to update, restore, and make it their own while preserving its unique character. Outside, the expansive level grounds provide room to garden, entertain, recreate, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A wonderful barn adds even more flexibility, offering space for your toys, equipment, workshop, or additional storage. Despite the private mountain setting, the property is only a few minutes from Scotts Valley, keeping shopping, dining, schools, and everyday conveniences close by. Properties with this combination of usable land, a log cabin, a barn, and generations of history rarely come available. This is a special chance to create your own vision and carry a true legacy property into its next chapter. *Property does not qualify for conventional financing, work needed*
