Description

Welcome to a truly extraordinary retreat set on approximately 9.5 acres, where breathtaking mountain and lake views meet exceptional privacy, serenity, and thoughtfully engineered construction. Completely rebuilt in 2015, this custom 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was designed with an uncompromising focus on energy efficiency, durability, insulation, and year-round comfort. Every aspect of the construction reflects careful attention to performance, including a standing-seam metal roof, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, HardyPlank/concrete siding, extensive insulation, triple-glazed windows, dual-glazed doors, and tremendous thermal mass that helps naturally regulate interior temperatures. The result is an exceptionally quiet, comfortable, and energy-efficient home. A paid-off solar system with approximately 32 panels, solar hot water, and 100% electric appliances further enhance the home’s efficiency. The home was thoughtfully designed to maximize energy conservation while providing exceptional comfort in every season. Outside, the possibilities are equally impressive. A huge approximately 885 square-foot custom-built garage provides extraordinary space for vehicles, equipment, hobbies, or storage. An approximately 1,500-square-foot agricultural storage building/barn offers additional versatility and potential for conversion to an ADU. Custom wood-burning fireplace while taking in the spectacular surroundings. With expansive mountain and lake views, peaceful acreage, thoughtful fire-resistant construction and some of the most energy-conscious building features available.
