Bryce Lincoln is awesome! When we first met with him and told him what we wanted in a home, he already knew the house that we ended up purchasing was the one for us. Communication was immediate - no matter how small or how urgent my question, Steve and Diana responded right away, with calm expertise. He and Diana helped us get my mother’s house ready for sale after she passed and my dad moved to a senior living complex. They made the experience as simple as possible, connecting us with and supervising great subcontractors (painters, flooring, cabinets, landscapers, estate sales, pest control, etc.) to ease this challenging and sometimes emotional process. Steve and Diana make a great team. From the moment we met them we knew they were going to get our listing. They were personable, straight forward, and knowledgeable on all aspects of our area and real estate in general. We listened to their suggestions on how to show our property to appeal to most buyers.
