We have bought and sold six homes in over the years and Steve is by far the best real estate agent we have had the pleasure of working with. Our home sold for full price on the first day it was listed as "coming soon" on the MLS service! Throughout the process Steve and Diana helped us dispose of furniture we no longer needed due to downsizing, and assisted in organizing the many details and loose ends that must be arranged to complete a sale. Since moving into our rented condo one year ago, we had noticed Lincoln Realty signs everywhere and eventually met both Steve Lincoln and his partner (spouse) Diana. Although we were impressed with him, we really were "just looking." My husband and I told ourselves that we would work with him when we started to consider buying instead of renting. We were still "just looking" when we found Steve at one of his new listings that was perfect for us. Over the next week Steve showed us all the comparable and other possible options, but we remained smitten. Since he was the selling agent and we were not working with a broker, we asked if he could assume both roles. Although he was a personal friend of the seller - he had sold him that condo years earlier and they had become close friends - he assured us he could also represent us and fairly. And he did! He is both knowledgeable and professional, yet manages to be warm, friendly, and fun to work with. His advice and suggestions were considerate and always in our best interests. We were fortunate to get to know him during our hectic 30-day escrow and he was on top of the process the entire time. Steve really knows and understands our community and was a wealth of information regarding inspections, repairs, and the complexities of HOAs - which is new to us. We loved working with Steve!
