We found Steve and Diana Lincoln to be the perfect team--knowledgeable about properties, intuitive about what would appeal to us, dependably in touch at just the right moments, highly responsive to our needs, excellent in drawing out/understanding the seller's needs to make the best case for our (successful!) offer, and with detailed follow-up to ensure a happy move-in. I truly believe we would not be the new owners of our hoped-for house if Steve hadn't been negotiating on our behalf. A friend had referred me to him ("Many around here use Steve Lincoln and swear by him." ). And now I personally understand why. I highly recommend the Lincolns.

Lincoln Realty are truly the best of the best!! Steve and Diana are very knowledgeable of the area and gave us advice on everything from schools to traffic patterns to detailed information on each sub neighborhood. They have such a wealth of knowledge of this area! They were patient with us and listened to our evolving needs as it took us well over 6 months to find the house of our dreams. Once they we did, Steve was an expert negotiator and helped us get our dream home in this crazy market! He and Diana also have a wealth of reasonably priced and highly responsive contractors that helped us with some remodeling. Steve offers white glove service and is available for any and all questions and took great care of us. I cannot recommend him and Diana highly enough! If you are looking for an agent, they should be the first (and last!) call you make!

I wish that I could give Bryce Lincoln and Lincoln Realty Group ten stars out of five. I had been looking for a house for almost six months in this extremely competitive market. Bryce was extremely attentive to each and every one of my needs. My wife and I found a house that we fell in love with. After going through the first round of offers we ended up getting beat out but Bryce stayed in touch with the listing agent. Bryce called us a couple days later with the best news. We had gotten accepted! If it weren’t for Bryce building a relationship with the agent and staying in touch with the listing agent, we would have never gotten accepted. Being a first-time home buyer we had a lot of questions but Bryce and his team made sure that all of our questions were answered. With English not being my first language I had difficulty understanding a lot of items throughout the transaction. Bryce would make sure that I fully understood everything and would meet with me countless times to go over documents I had difficulty understanding. Bryce was also extremely observant during the inspection period and was able to negotiate us a substantial credit. Bryce’s recommendations when it came to contractors, lenders, inspections, etc. were phenomenal. His team of people went above and beyond to assist us in this process. Even after the transaction was over Bryce still answers all of my questions when it comes to home ownership and provides such helpful advice. If you want a realtor who really cares about you and puts you before anyone else, I recommend calling Bryce Lincoln!

To say our experience with Steve and Diana Lincoln was outstanding is an understatement. Steve is a phenomenal sales professional! Steve and Diana have top notch organizational and follow up skills. Most importantly, they made everything easy and stress-free. From beginning to end, we were kept apprised of and had input in every step of the sales process. Steve also arranged the service professionals to get our house sales worthy. He even arranged for someone to buy/remove the furniture we did not want. Steve and Diana had 17 showings by appointment on the first day that our house was for sale. As a result, we were presented with 4 purchase offers (over asking price) on day 2.
