I absolutely agree with all the reviews I have read about Lincoln Realty. Diana and Steve are amazing!!! Our experience with them was excellent. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. My husband and I felt like we were the only clients they had because Diana responded to my calls, texts, or emails almost immediately. She did an excellent job. Thanks to her we haven't missed any opportunities and we bought our dream house because of her. I have no doubt in my mind that we chose the right agents to sell our house. Steve and Diana Lincoln met and exceeded all expectations we had when we first listed the house with them. We got to sit back while they did an incredible job of staging the house, negotiating the offers, and closing on the house...all in record time. They came in and outperformed with a sales price that was close to 100K over the recommended asking price. We could not have asked for better agents....professional, knowledgeable, an incredible work ethic, knew the area more than any other realtor we talked to, open and honest....just really easy (and enjoyable!) to work with. We have had many friends use Lincoln Realty in the past and raved about their professionalism and success in the field...and we got to experience it firsthand. Hands down....the best in Aviara...and beyond! Thanks to both Steve and Diana, we put the house on the market late Saturday, showed it on Sunday and had eleven offers by Monday evening! We settled on an offer Tuesday and closed the sale in 30 days! They are true professionals who got the job done in record time!

Steve is the hardest working, most competent real estate agent I have ever worked with. His years of experience are evident with every question answered and recommendation made. He has a well vetted network of folks who do inspections and repairs whose services I have taken advantage of and been very happy with. He listens well. My wife and I had a long list of not-easy-to-meet requirements for our new home and within a couple of days he found it. He steered us expertly through the escrow process and it was executed without a hitch. In fact he found the house so fast we were caught off guard - we were about to leave the country for a three-week trip! But it didn't matter, he took care of everything that had to happen locally and all the required paperwork was handled electronically. If you are in the market to buy and/or sell a home, I recommend using Steve without reservation.

After the great job they did in finding us our dream home, we hired Steve and Diana Lincoln to sell our old home. We had a productive discussion about doing the right amount of remodeling to bring our 25-year-old home up to date to bring in the best possible price. Because we were up to our ears in remodeling our new house, we were only too happy to hand the reigns over to them to see to all the work that was needed on the old one. Diana has a great eye for interior design, so we gave her a budget and let her choose all the fixtures, appliances and other touches needed after a broad-brush discussion of color scheme and what floor coverings to change. They got everything done in record time, using their seasoned network of contractors. We hardly recognized the place once the work was done, but it looked fantastic. In spite of listing the home 3 days after the statewide stay-at-home order was issued, our buyer came and looked that first day and made a top dollar offer! We would not say that our buyer was typical, but Steve clearly had the expertise and experience to navigate every kink that came up, always protecting our interests. Now that we have worked with Steve and Diana to buy and sell a home, we cannot recommend them highly enough for either need.

They helped us with a very challenging transaction that felt like it was very time sensitive, but we also wanted very high quality in the results. From helping us understand the market, the chance to update our home, leading all the design and improvements, staging and the actual steps of marketing, showing and completing the deal, there's no way to describe how well they performed. They made a real difference, not just in getting this done, but in managing every stress that comes with these things. I would recommend Steve and Diana without hesitation. I wish I could take credit for finding Steve and Diana, but it was my mom who heard about him and met with him years ago that led us to meet with and choose him to sell my mom's home in Aviara. In each and every category above, Steve and Diana exceeded. His local knowledge and expertise of the area was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from their recommendations of how to properly prepare the house for market to how to beautifully stage the home while still honoring my mom's interior style (Diana's expertise!). I appreciated that he provided specific advice and guidance while also being open to listening to our thoughts and suggestions. What was MOST helpful was that Steve took care of everything - from hiring trusted people to work on the house to coordinating the repair and maintenance schedule, all while maintaining strong, consistent communication throughout. And, he and Diana were extremely responsive, always available to answer questions or provide clarification. They did a great job of representing us as well as the community of Aviara and having the best interests of all at the heart of what they did and how they did it.

In fact Steve researched who I was and already knew all about me before we even met for the first time. All of the other realtors that we interviewed only seemed interested in getting a quick sale and did not take the time to get to know us the way Steve and Diana did. Steve and Diana took care of everything during the sale processes and kept us informed every step of the way. They had excellent recommendations for staging the home and Diana spent many hours with my wife to make the home look just right. John and I could not be happier with our home sale and it is all because it was marketing and leadership of our realtors. Diana came in with the perfect staging. It was genius to put up the 'coming soon' sign in front of the house. The offer, counter-offer process was a dream even though we were in Europe at the time. I was hesitant about hiring a realtor - what do they really do beyond adding the house to the MLS? Now I am a believer that the right realtor makes the difference.
